control WS2812 LEDs

Hi all,

is it possible to control WS2812 LEDs in a macro via UCCNC? My search on the Internet has revealed control only in conjunction with an Arduino or Raspberry. I would like to use a LED-ring with WS2812 for visual indication of different states of a tool changer.

You'll need the Arduino to control the LEDs and you can control the Arduino from a macro. (Direct serial or Modbus.)
