Using a button while in Reset

Postby CNC22369 » Tue Oct 11, 2016 5:28 pm

Is there a way to configure a custom button so that when it is pushed while UCCNC is in Reset it will cause an event driven user macro to execute? So far, the buttons I have created do not activate user macros when UCCNC is in Reset (I get the machine reset message box when the button is pushed). I noticed that a button like Limits Override does work when in Reset, but I haven't found a way do it for my buttons. An example of what I'm trying to do is to manually reset some external hardware (like clearing a driver alarm) by pushing a UCCNC custom button while UCCNC is in Reset.

I got it working by switching from an event driven macro to a looping macro.
