Issue with THC

When the software probes, it will sense metal and go to correct pierce height, but randomly and quite frequently the probe will sense material, and then raise about 2 inch and fire torch mid air.
On the UCCNC users group on Facebook this is happening to three different users.
I believe it may be false triggering do to noise?
It definitely is not the probing sensors causing the issues.
Any ideas?

It's usually noise picked up by the probe wires.
As Rob wrote you can try the inputs debounce to filter the input signal.

It appears the pc running uccnc is not sending all the code when this happens, is that even possible?

What do you mean by that?
How did you determinate that the PC is not sending the code?

Well it's not that, here is what I discovered though, there is a z command to raise to 2" before move to next pierce. It then should move to that point and probe for material height, the raise to pierce and fire torch. When it error out it fires torch before probing, see attached:
