It's nothing new, Windows Defender is getting more and more broken unfortunately.
Last time it told a different type of virus and when we sent in the UCCNC.exe file they verified and said that it contains no viruses and is a false alert and the issue is on their side and will be fixed.
I guess they again updated their virus definitions and broke something else this time.
I don't really know how to fix this issue when the file contains no viruses for sure.
Last time we have added some extra unused codes just to broke some file patterns which the antiviruses could think that is a virus and that worked, but we can't do this all the time, it is tiresome.
The software is compiled on a fully isolated system from source code with no internet on the PC and the PC can't even execute anything else than Visual Studio and a few other things which are required for the compilation. Everything else is prohibited on that computer. And only I have access to that computer. So, it is basicaly impossible that a virus gets into the compilation.
