Robs Plasma Screenset dabbling

Postby Robertspark » Sat Dec 29, 2018 9:17 pm

This is going to be a little bit of a long running one as I'm using it as a thought thread of catalogued info.

I've been fiddling with this idea for a while regarding colours (colors) and colour wheels and filters etc.

Basically when I use the plasma cutter for mechanised cutting I use either a shade #3 or a shade #5 green tint set of safety shades

Photos were taken with a highly unaccurate methodology.... mobile phone + glasses lense over front to act as a filter, yup I'm sure that it won't work well.... given the digital camera will try to auto compensate for light etc.... but its a set of interesting photos to see how a green lense affects red for instance (the onscreen e-stop / warning lights etc)..... orange / yellow may be bettter as may cyan and lighter shade of green...{check out colour / color wheel photos}

Although I am not colour blind (suggest: test yourself our of curiousity), colour blindness has always interested me as far as what others who are affected by it actually see (or its three common forms)
