I have many hours of video showing build the final result. I hope to post BUILD blog ASAP.
For now, this is the "first run" video. Hope you will like it.

At the moment I have a big problem. And I need HELP !!!

I can"t set up my VFD to work with UCCNC !!!
UCCNC with UB1
VFD is Sunfar E550. Manual for VFD: https://www.fasttobuy.com//download/2018-05-04/Sunfar_E550manual.pdf
I have rs456 to USB dongle.

Can someone please help me with this problem ??
I do have TeamViewer access to CNC machine so it should be easy diagnostics if my settings are any good.
Also, I would appreciate if forum users could go and verify my UCCNC settings.

Thank You for the support

I would use analog speed control, rather than modbus with RS-485, as it's much simpler.

UB1 ----- VFD

RPM

AH1 >>>>> VS
AO1 >>>>> AI
AL1 >>>>> GND

Start/Stop

NO1 >>>>> X1
CM1 >>>>> CM

You'll need to set the appropriate VFD parameters, but I don't have time to look them all up right now.

HI @ger21. Thank you for advise.
Yes, I did try analogue control with no luck.
I will try to go through VFD manual again. Thank you for your help.
EDIT:
Some progress:
I can adjust RPM by UCCNC.

I CAN't start spindle by UCCNC. But when I start Spindle from VFD panel and I press "Spindle CW(M3)" on UCCNC it will change spindle direction.
Any help.
Regards Arek
