Restart UCCNC button number

On the Plugins Configuration popup menu there is a "Restart UCCNC" button I would like to duplicate in a different location for quick access for debugging my M99999 and M99998 Macros etc. its just a quick Restart, I find my self clicking through the menus to use that button often but using the Screen Editor I am only able to get the number for the Configure Plugins it will not let me open the popup to read the button code

Is this possible to do?

I know I can use the Icon on the desktop but often have multiple windows open that I need to close to get to it.
