How to save pendant plugin config changes

I have the Pendant plugin working fine. I have managed to get the default settings I want for step size and mode working within M99998.

I want to set the MPGspeedmultipler to 50 from its default setting of 5. I can do this from the configuration screen, but I have been unable to find any way save this value, so have to reset it from the config screen each startup.

So I put the code below in M99998, but it has no effect. (Similar code works for MPG Step and Mode)
