No response for my order

I made order and payment for my order, order no. 11226. But I have not got any confirmation. I have sent e-mails and made a call, but no contact so far.

Hello, I also have an order ID:14639 and payment, but I don't have confirmation. I know you are quite busy and it is difficult to respond to everyone, but I would feel a little more at ease if I knew that you had received the payment and I would receive my order.
