Toolpath and Gcode not showing

I have a gcode file for a drilling pattern on my spoilboard , on one machine it loads fine ( machines identical spec uc300) , on the other as the file loads I can see the gcode , then a toolpath is generated I get a blank gcode screen and only the extents shown for toolpath ? Any ideas on whats going on ? both I7 window 10 machines . Gcode is 2306kb

Zero the X and Y axis on both machines before loading the code and see if that changes anything.

Both machines are zero'd homed and the one showing no gcode or toolpath on works fine with other shorter gcodes. I changed the gcode to a repeated pattern , the gcode now shows and runs but no tool path shown . this machine has been running gcode all day on other projects no issues until I went to do a large number of drilled holes. I suspect its a memory issue ?

There is an option to disable the g-code view, it is in the Appearance settings, check that.

I have just gone into settings and disabled toolpath view - when running a small file the toolpath view is removed and gcode is shown in the panel - I can live with that
BUT when running a bigger file ( not that big really ) it loads , shows me the gcode as its loading then the gcode display goes blank ?

Any idea of what I need to fix to get the toolpath and gcode to show ?

Do you have the latest video driver installed? Is there a setting in the BIOS to add more video RAM (if you have integrated video)?

Cant find any settings to give the video more ram , became a issue tonight as it wont show the gcode and it appears to start to load it as it shows but it seems to be running the previously loaded gcode ..... Machines are now offline.

I have a older slower I5 pc , on another machine , it loads the gcode but not the toolpath ?


Its not like is a real low end PC , 8mg ram I7 pc

Found msconfig on windows 7 , went to advanced tab and set memory to max - no change
the gcode is only 7800k - is that too big for uccnc ?

OK, on the second screenshot there is the answer. You have 32 bit Windows installed. It's nice to have 8GB RAM when you only use 3.39 of it. Install a 64 bit version of Windows and you'll be able to use the installed memory.
