When I cut circles, the path is smooth and round. There's no noticeable segmented lines. However, when I cut random arcs or ellipses, the path is much more segmented as if it were drawn with fewer tangents. I've used the same files when I used Mach 3 software and it produced smooth results so I my reasoning suggests the issue is in my configuration within UCCNC. I've jumped between Exact Stop mode and Constant Velocity mode with little variation to the output. Preference is for accuracy and smoothness.
When in Constant velocity mode, I have the following settings set
lookahead = 300,
Linear error max = 0.03
Linear addition length = 1
Linear unify length max = 2
Corner error max - 0.03
Arc Radius tolerance =1
Arc Radius tolerance = 0.1
Any suggestions on how to smooth out my random arcs?
