Control for new machine, UCCNC or EdingCNC

Hello,

i am new to UCCNC but i find it very interessting.
I will buy and build a new CNC machine and therefor i am looking for the CNC Control system and software.
I was thinking about EdingCNC, but now i have seen the UCCNC, and this looking much more better to me.

I have read the documentation about the UCCNC software manual, the AXBB_E and UCSB Manual.
But i have some more questions about some parts and features?

I want to control a 3 axis CNC milling machine.
- spindel control
- homing
- EStop
- 3D probe
- tool length sensor
- wired handwheel
- manual operation:
- Feedrate
- spinlespeed
- program start
- program stopp
- mist cooling
- power on axes
- light

My questions are:
How do i connect and setup a wired handwheel to UCCNC?
what is the best method to connect or program the emergency stop?
I think i will not shut down the hole system, i only want to discoinnect the Power from the Spindle and the Axis...?

Did you see any parts that i can not implement with UCCNC?
