Incomplete Ramp In

Hi all, Recently switched to 1.2115.

I am having an issue with ramp in on profile cuts programmed from Vectric Aspire.

The last pass leaves an incomplete section when using a ramp in distance(5mm).

In other words, the profile is left with the ramp on the last pass depth instead of cutting the complete profile.

I switched back to 1.2113, loaded the same file and the profile cut out as it normally does.

It seems 1.2115 is interpreting the ramp differently?

Thanks in advance!

I don't know what do you mean by "ramp"?

Giving the tool a 5mm ramp in distance(or angle) instead of Z plunging straight down when doing the next pass on a profile cut.

As mentioned I did test the same g-code file on both versions and they produce a different result, I will try and attach a picture of the part when I get a chance

Maybe your settings are different?

I used the same file that was already toolpathed, Both versions of Uccnc profiles were setup from a fresh install.

I'm not sure if there could be a setting in Uccnc that would change the Z axis plunge behavior.

This is not a major issue for me, I just like to help improve if there are any bugs in the new version, I will try send a picture in next week.

Thanks.

It would be great if you could describe what exactly the problem is, what g-codes causing issues and what issues?

It is quite difficult to explain.

I will switch back to 1.2115 and see if I can reproduce it and attach a photo.

Thanks
