Hi Dezsoe,

any update on this one.

It's now been a full 10 months since it was said a checkbox will be added to give the option to stop the pendant stop button rewinding gcode if pressed more than once.

Starting to think I'm never going to see this

Cheers,

Keith

Hi Keith,

It is in an "almost ready" state. The checkbox is there and works fine, but there were some other changes too in the plugin and those are not all finished yet. I think (hope) that in the next release it will be there.

Bump.

Hi Dezsoe,

I seen you've responded to another thread since my last post so thought I'd bump this just in case. I realise you may be looking into it but to be fair it's now been one and a half years since I first asked to get this issue corrected, so it would be good to know if this small issue is going to be fixed or not.

I've put a lot of time and effort into UCCNC but when something like this happens my confidence does get tested. I'm sure you can understand that.

Has Cncdrive moved to other things behind the scenes, and is UCCNC developed as far as it's going ? Just wondering if UCCNC is going to be another Mach3 (not developed any more).

Hi Keith,

I beleive this was fixed already just was not released yet, but Dezsoe can tell it for sure.
UCCNC is still being developed, but the Virus situation makes things to go slower, there are again restrictions here which gave us more work and our lives harder.
Also there is now the end of year rush when companies buying lots of stuff to optimise their taxes, so the development got slower, but it is not fully stopped and we will catch up in the coming new year. I already planned with Dezsoe to do a bug fixing session, but it will likely only happen in January, because we will stop working after the 20th. And there will be only one more working day for us which is just a packaging and shipping day on the 29th.
So, ofcourse UCCNC is still being developed and we have no plans to stop the development, just things got slower now, sorry about that. :(

Hi Keith,

Sorry for the late reply. I've already got some versions to test, but as some new features got into the plugin, there are still some things to fix. The guy, who develops the UCR201 plugin, is also overloaded, but he tries to get ready with it. As Balázs wrote, the goal is to cover the tested and working plugin in the next release.
