Single line Key issue?

Postby El Ventu » Fri Jun 13, 2025 11:42 am

On my milling machine I'm using the 1.2113 release.
The key "single line" is inactive during normal operation.
It is active only at the beginning, to start the program.
I'm used to industrial machines (I'm a lathe machinist) and it is useful if not essential to have it active during normal operation, ideally pressing it in the middle of the execution stops axis motion at the end of the current line.

If that normal or something isn't working properly on my installation?

Thank you!

The single line is always active not only in the beginning.

I don't know why, but it doesn't work on my installation.
Can you help me to solve that?

Could you please make a short video to let me see what the issue is, how it happens?
That could help me to understand the issue better to not spend time on debugging something which isn't there.

In industrial machines usually single line option is selected and then cycle start button is used. In uccnc you have to press single line button every line, and there is no need to press cycle start.

Ok, in next days I'll be back in the laboratory and I make the video!
