New PC/UC400ETH/Mach 4

Hello Everyone.

My old pc is dying and i have built a new mini pc to take its place. The old pc is a dell optiplex running win7. The new pc is running win11. On the new pc, i have installed Mach 4 demo and the UC400ETH plugin. When I run the UCx00 automatic installer, and then the configuation utility, I can get to the UC400ETH and it tests good. I open Mach 4, enable the plugin and go to configure. On the configuration page, at the bottom it says 'UC400ETH no connected!'

I have an old laptop lying around running win10 so i gave it a shot just to see what happens and i get the exact same results. What am i missing here? Is there some kind of license file for the UC400ETH? I looked on the old pc and I am not able to find any kind of license. Not sure what else to check.

Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
