Mach3 homing and general positioning

Hi again I got decent advice on here with my last problem and now I have full movement in all my axis I now have new issues. I will try to provide pics and decriptions to best explaine whats happening.

This is where most home, seems to be in anything I have looked up.

When my machine is in the position I want it to be, the DROs say this
