AXBB-E Mach3 Plugin Settings Encoder Problem

I want to thread with Mach3 turning.

I found that G76 can be used by setting the index pulse and AB encoder.
I tried to set the encoder from the plugin settings, but I couldn't select port 3.
(The encoder signal is connected to pin 12 and pin 13 of port 3.)
UCCNC was able to set it correctly.

What should I do with this?

Please tell me.

Why you can't set port 3.? It is not selectable in the plugin? Or what is the problem?

thank you for your reply.

The pull-down port list has 0, 1 and 2,
but 3 is not in the list.

OK, we will check this problem, it has to be an error in the plugin then.

Hello! I have exactly the same problem with my new AXBB-E controller. encoder signal is connected to port#2 pin 4inp and 5inp + index pin3.
Index flashing mach3 diagnostic screen and Rpm gauge approximately twice the real Rpm and threading G76 not work.
A don't know how to solve it.
Could you help me?

Try to exchange encoder hannel A input with channel B in the settings, because if the threading cycle is not starting is probably because the encoder is counting to the wrong direction. Chaneging the channels changes the counting direction.
Also in Mach3 with low speeds, If I recall below about 200 RPM the threading won't work.
