UC400Eth does not connect

I have my UC400 working fine on my win 10 laptop. But i want to use it on one of my XP pc's. I have followed the instruction manual and while the IP4 properties are set up as 10.10.10.11 and the gateway is 255.255.255.0 and I have the plugin installed in the plugin directory of mach3 when I start mach 3 I get an error that the UC400 is not found. When I click on config plugins it says my firmware is up to date. I have tried using the patch cable and a straight thru ethernet cable. In network and sharing when I unplug the cable the connection goes away. When I re-plug it in the connection is restored. I have run the uc utility. It recognized the uc400 and has the serial number. When I click on save the settings it saves. When I go back and run the utility again and click on test the connection I get the error IP and network settings OK. Connection Error! I also used the ucxxsetup, exe file and deselected everything except for the UC400 and it shows that the setup worked with no problem. Any help would be appreciated.

I also did the cmd line ipconfig and the response was correct. Similarly I pinged 10.10.10.11 and 4 packets were send and received.

Gerry is right.
If you using the default IP settings in the UC400ETH (means you did not change the IP of the UC400ETH) then the computer IPv4 setting you described is wrong, because it has to be 10.10.10.10 and not 10.10.10.11, because the IP of the UC400ETH is 10.10.10.11 and so then if the computer has the same IP is an IP conflict o nthe network. And when you ping-ing the 10.10.10.11 now you ping-ing the computer network card and not the UC400ETH.
