How do we get our licence????

We paid for a licence on 11 July, provided the controller serial numbers....then....nothing.

No response to emails, phone calls, nothing.

We have a machine built waiting to go but we can't use it.

How do we contact these guys and get our licence?

Well we got a very polite reply from Balazs asking to confirm our payment, which we did....then nothing again. 10 days we've been waiting with a machine sat idle for a simple email with a licence code.

Is this incompetence or a scam? It has to be one or the other.

We paid by PayPal so at least we'll be able to get the licence fee back if CNCDrive don't send us a licence. If so we'll have to replace our controller, lose the money on that and replace it with an Acorn, Masso or similar.

In all honesty I can't recommend these guys.

CNCDrive finally sent the licence through and apologised for the delay.

We did not recognise your payment, because it was not on your name thats why the delay, sorry.
