UC400ETH + USBB Mach4

Changing over to the above configuration IS the documentation on the USBB correct? Last time I used the UC400 it was a easy switch over. Now pulling what's left of my hair out. I have the + Dir and + Pulse going to +5 vdc like the diagram and the minus - going to the for example 2 & 3, nothing happens. Going out again today to check again. Is it normal for Red output LEDs to be on?? Yes the Port and Pins are set,

OK Once again No Edit? I set the KHz from the default of 400 down to 25 KHz and its working. Now getting Mach4 setup.
