Toolpath set incorrectly 2113

Let me know what setting is off.

I loaded up a warmup file to run the width (48") and length (96") of my router.

The machine is running fine; for some reason the toolpath display width is 64.3929 and the length is 101.2147. Sometime the toolpath "dot" runs on the outer perimeter, sometimes it runs as you see here.

Let me know what I have done incorrectly to set up the new software.

It is impossible to tell what is wrong without seeing the g-code file.
