All progress is created by change. To assume changes "break things" is the dumbest excuse for a dysfunctional product I could imagine.


It is not an excuse. Without change nothing breaks. To break anything something has to change, because a working thing will work until something changes which breaks it. ;)

Not all change is constructive, there is destructive change also. For example if you throw a hammer on your computer that is also a change, just not constructive.

It's a lost cause Balazs. I wouldn't waste your breath on this guy.

If there's one thing I've learned about people like this, it's that they don't look at things in a fair way. Something goes wrong, the first thing they do is get angry and aggressively blame. And as he is clearly showing, throws out lots of insults too.

Based on the temperament he is showing maybe he will throw a hammer on his computer, or at someone if they don't agree with him.

It's a poor excuse.
I changed the software per the instruction manual
The error message is meaningless.
There is no documentation for troubleshooting or correcting the problem.
The solution would be to advise potential customers that following the
the instruction manual does not guarantee the software will work.

It does not work because you made changes to it and you did it in the wrong way.
Make a fresh install of the software and I guarantee that it will work. :)

Blaming and insulting customers for a dysfunctional product is a business model guaranteed to fail. It may take a while longer but it's on its way.
It did wonders for the American auto industry.

Please read it and explain to a very stupid person what it is that I can correct.
You should be able to do that in 2 seconds. You expect stupid people like me to understand it. Please help m me out here.

I'm not the one who will help you. My collegue is who is doing this kind of work, but it is weekend, so you will have to wait a bit to get support.

And nobody said that you're stupid. Everybody make mistakes, it does not make you stupid...
