OK, thanks for the info.
Can you please test again with the attached exe file?
I removed a few things to see if it's still crashing to narrow down where the problem lies.

Uploaded to windows XP / 32 everything is OK :D
I have Windows 7/64. Problem

Again a new exe file attached.
Now please tell me if you get messageboxes with texts 1., 2., 3. and 4. or in which of these do you get?
Also please let me know if the app. still crashes or startsup now?

I click 1 OK, the download starts.
Click on 2,3,4 no longer works.

Then non of the things causing the issue which I thought about, but something else. :(

Again a new exe is attached, I just want to see if it starts or crashes?
The toolpath viewer is fully disabled in this exe, but don't worry about that now.

Hmm, I have to think, because currently I don't know what it can be.
I think I will just disable all timers to get to at least get to a state when it does not crash.

OK, another exe. Now every timer is disabled, so basically the software loads the screen but does not even show it.
And nothing runs after the screen loads. You will see a grey screen, it will not show the screen at all.
But I want to get into a state when it not crashes and if we will reach that goal then I will start enabling the timers back to see in which is the code which causing this problem.
And you will probably have to kill the UCCNC.exe in the task manager in the processes, because the closing event is also disabled now, but I just want to see a state now when it is not crashing at you.
