Supporting 32bits mode is not a problem, it is just compiling the code with x86 directive instead of x64, so it is basically a half minute work for us per deployment to keep supporting it.
We have no plans to stop supporting it.

Will you give notice when this is done ?

Try to unzip and replace the config file in the UCCNC folder and see if you still getting that Windows crash window? I mean you should get a debugger Window, but with the attached config file I've placed a directive inside which tells Windows to use the JIT debugger always for this app instead of the standard Windows crash messages.
So, please run it and if you will getting a JIT debug message window then copy that text to let us see why it crashes at you.

Hmm, I'm idealess then how to figure it out if your computer refuses to debug.
Does any previous UCCNC softwares running OK on that same computer?
