Spindle/SACT override not working

Am having issues being able to use SACT overrides to control the spindle in UCCNC. Iam running UC300ETH controller with a Huanyang VFD.

I have measured the voltage coming out of the two leads for the spindle and only getting .24v and it doesn't change when I use the override in
UCCNC software

You have to use the slider or the +- buttons to change the speed. The Sact DRO is not an override.

How are you controlling the spindle?
What is the commanded RPM?
What are your min and max rpm settings?
PWM Min and Max?

PWM is 0% an 100%

So you're using 0-10V analog control? What speed control board?

And how are you trying to override it? What is the override % when you are measuring 0.25V?

Why do you have the max set to 14,000, and then command 15,000?

Is this a 24,000 rpm chinese spindle? If so, you should set your min rpm to 6000-8000. If you try to run it at 10RPM, you could burn it up very quickly.

Even a variable frequency drive would not to down to 10rpm...
