You have already posted your profile and my collegue (dezsoe on the forum) already gave you an advice, but appearantly you did not see that or at least you did not respond to his advice.

I'm saying that you will likely to have issues with HID installations, because if installing a HID device like the UCR201 kills/inhibits another HID device which is your spindle adapter then it is a serious problem in your Windows.
From your description of the problem this is what have happened.

I did follow dezsoe advice. and there was no change that I observed.

OK, then we don't know what the problem is, sorry, but I see no logical reason other than somekind of Windows corruption, maybe you should just return the device and use something else if it does not work well for you.
Just contact our sales to return it, they will then reply you on Monday and will take care of it.

Ahh, ok I see, that is the same what I adviced you, to return it if you can't use it, so what information sould I ask about that? I don't understand what you requesting from me, sorry.

Hi Mr cncdrive,
I owe you an apology. No a big apology!
I have an XHC WHB04B pendant that I could never get to work with UCCNC. It works using Mach3 but I was never able to get it to work with UCCNC. Anyway I thought I would give it one more go in UCCNC.
While trying to setup UCCNC I saw that the spindle would not start, And while looking through the plugin setting again in UCCNC I saw that the plugin HYPLUGIN12 was not enabled.
I thought well.....maybe?
I enabled the UCR201 pendant plugin, plugged in the USB, restarted UCCNC 2017 Screenset........ Guess what? Everything looks to be working with the pendant.

Now if you could tell me how to set the 'F1, F2, and F3' to control the X, Y, & Z DROs? I would be a happy camper.

I'm sorry for any problems I may have caused.
AND THINKS FOR YOUR HELP! without these forums I would never have a working diy CNC

You have to enter the buttoncodes 220 to 222 into the plugin. (See Documentation\Buttons_by_number.htm for the buttonnumbers.)

Is cncdrive looking into the issues with this plugin.
It is frustrating to have spent quite a lot of Monet on a useless pendant.
