The UCCNC is not in the "processes" list?
I'm trying to get this information out of you, because if it is not there then the issue is somewhere else in your Windows installation.
I remember a case when a user had a strange problem and the issue was broken .NET framework installation in Windows.

Thank you for the profiles. Do you have an XHC pendant also connected? Did you try to disable the XHC plugin and then enable the UCR201? I'm asking, because the XHC plugin is enabled in your 2017 profile and I'm afraid that the two pendant plugins want to do the same controls.

Sorry I checked again and you are right the XHC plugin was "Enabled". I turned it off and will try running UCCNC again. I'll let you know what happens

OK, that makes sense. Then it is something stucks/overloads the UCCNC process.
Maybe it is what Dezsoe told you, that the 2 pendant plugins are enabled the same time and trying to do the same things. (Honestly I have never tried to do that.)

OK here's what happening now. While using the pendant to move the axis around the pendant will show "No connection to software" and everything in UCCNC stops responding. The program is still running because I can "Go to zero" but can't move any of the axis around. The lack of pendant connection has the axis disabled.
The only way to get back into UCCNC is to unplug the USB thumbdrive to get the pendant to reconnect. Sometimes this will not work and I have to close UCCNC using the task manager and unplug the USB thumbdrive to get the pendant to connect.

OK, did you try to use a different USB port? Maybe there is a problem with the port if you have to unplug it means that the port chipset is likely frozen or in other words it gave up the connection for some reason.
