wireless pendant UCR201

I just got my stepper motors running with the UC400ETH board. (Switched from MACH3 with parallel port).

Hooked up the UCR201 remote pendent and it worked great first try.

After restarting the computer, I am having problems. Seems the remote pendent is not making contact with the usb transmitter.

I log into the UCR201 plugin configuration, and it does not show a green connection light. I have tried several different channels (set both the UCCNC software and the pendent to same channel)

The light on the USB transmitter is on.

Tried on two different computers. same problem. Any suggestions?

Got the problem solved. Email from Balazs Klincsik at cncdrive:

The wireless module apparently got detuned.

To fix:

Press in the e-stop button on the pendant.
- Press the Home and Goto Zero buttons together for more than 10 seconds.
- You will see the frequency tuning page where you can tune the value using the MPG wheel.
- Value was 4, I changed to a value of 15.

Don't know why this worked but it did.

Have not had a chance to test much yet, but I can jog XYZ, start the spindle, and home the machine from the pendant.
