Should I connect Up and Down outputs to AXBB-E inputs' positive poles and COM output to negative pole of a input?

Comment the COM to the 24V0 of the AXBB-E.
Connect the 24V to the Input+ of the AXBB-E isolated inputs which you will use.
Connect the outputs from the Proma 150THC (ArcOK, THC up/down) to the input- of the isolated inputs of the AXBB-E.
Connect the 24V to the Input+ of the AXBB-E isolated inputs which you will use.
Connect the outputs from the Proma 150THC (ArcOK, THC up/down) to the input- of the isolated inputs of the AXBB-E.
