Randomly stopping movement at end of cut

Postby Mr.Hotwire » Mon Jul 26, 2021 3:32 pm

I have been having some great success. My cuts have been amazing (Almost 0 slag, and a 1.3-1.5mm kerf, small-ish pierce holes), and the lines are straight and square to the machine.

My problem is this. Sometimes, at random spots the machine will just stop at the end of a cut. The arc stays lit, but all motion stops. If I click the torch off button, it will begin movement again. Its as if it hangs on the torch off command or something. The only delay there is on right now is the Pierce Delay within SheetCam. All other delays, even the MiniTHC pierce delay is set to 0.

My controller is the AXBB-E.

Thank you for any advice

Last night I ran the same file 3 additional times. It stopped again, but only two of the cuts, and not in the same places.
