Dan,

Installed application. Selected new session, COM5.

Started UCCNC (standard screenset). Have already set 8.1 plugin to Sact 20050 and altered screenset to match.

Did the start /stop spindle a couple of times.

Then saved session in Coms monitor. Zip attached. Much smaller file.

PS. In case my Antivirus was an issue (ESET), I told it to ignore the UCCNC folder, prior to all of the above.

Hi Gordon.
I wasn't able to open that file, a screen shot would be best. Before that... I would extremely appreciate you try one more test to eliminate if its a previous problem I thought I fixed.

Go to windows Control Panel and choose.. Clock, Language and Region.

Choose... Region/format/ English( United States)

Open UCCNC/ HYPLUGIN8.1 configure window/make sure settings are correct than "Calculate Button"

Restart and try to start spindle.

Dan,

Windows says I am English United States - US Keyboard.

DLL settings redone. Restart UCCNC, spindle does not start.

The Serial Port monitor file unzips to COM5 Monitoring Session.spm and loads fine here.

I can't see how a screen print helps as data is scrolling over 4 different screens. Is it one screen in particular? Table View, Dump View, Line View or Terminal View.

Sorry for delay in responding, I have family in from out of town.

I cannot open file you uploaded, posting an image of just the Dump screen would be fine.

The image below is what I'm looking for, if I was connected to my VFD there would be read responses under each written

Try this plugin below, make sure you go to HYPLUGIN9 configure and save port and calculate for settings. If this don't start spindle please post image of dump screen from
Serial Monitor program.

Hey Gordon,

You need to try the plugin below(9.1) and I can't remove the one I previously posted. When I edit plugin I change equals to don't equals on all the error checking so it makes it easier on debugging since its not connected to VFD. I forgot to reverse on the plugin I posted above. You will continually get a window that" VFD stopped responding".

Loaded 9.1 version, set parameters. Closed and opened UCCNC.

No show on the spindle.

I did the DUMP file, but unlike the version 3 DLL, V9 constantly sends / receives data, so hope you can find the sequence inside. I did the dump process twice. Copied and pasted data into same file.

I really appreciate the effort you are putting in here Dan. It's above and beyond

Gordon, Call startup needs to be checked also.

I'm sure there's a "VFD NOT RESPONDING" window behind UCCNC main screen.
