Nothing special. Press Post reply, scroll down and press Upload attachment (1), press browse (2) to select the profile, press Add the file (3). Write some message as usual (empty message will not work). Press preview to preview or submit to submit.

There's no modbus setting in your profile. Did it crash while you tried to configure it? Also, the ModbusEZ plugin is enabled on COM3. Maybe, the problem is that both plugin wants to use the COM3? Try to disable ModbusEZ and after restarting UCCNC try modbus master again.
