Hi to all.
I am not an expert and I spent two days trying to use the Autoleveler Plugin (AP), here is my setup:
Controller AXBB-E, UCCNC v1.2113, AP v 2.0049.
I use an inexpensive Touch Plate Tool as zero probe that is a cilinder hight 19.3mm (tool z offset).
My workflow: load in AP the toolspath g-code generated by Cut2D (post processor UCCNC(mm), the gcode seems ok), setting the AP as in picture
Screenshot 2024-09-03 221959.png
but the gcode sent to UCCNC have a huge z value in the cutting profile: after gatering all probe points, when the CNC begin to cut, the endmill go down to 193mm instead of about 30mm from the travel altitude [attachment=2Screenshot 2024-09-03 221959.png[/attachment].
I hope I was clear...
My question is: do I typed the right parameter in the Autoleveler Plugin (shown in picture)?
Would I use a newer version of the AP? (I tried AP v 3.031 but the tool z offset is missing)
Thank you in advance for any help

Hello

Thank you for your plugin. I am using your plugin together with a Stepcraft M1000 and the 3D Touch Sensor for bed levelling. It was working fine until today.

What did I do
1. Open GCode in Plugin
2. Send GCode to UCCNC
3. Start Probing with 3D Touch Sensor by Pressing Cycle Start
4. Remove 3D Touch Sensor by pressing the Open ATC Button
5. Press Cycle Start again

The problem
Usually here it would start with the milling operation, but today after one successful round, now it always goes to probing again.
Sometimes it goes to probing when i click the Open ATC Button, sometimes it switches to probing when I press Cycle Start.

I have tried to
- Restart UCCNC
- Restart Computer
- Powercycle CNC
- Tried with some older versions of my GCode
- I have tried to jump to the line after probing and run from there, but then the probing offsets were not applied.

Here are some photos and a video:

The Probe-Sensor is working. I have checked in Diagnosis Tab.

Do you have any tipps for me?

Thank you very much,
Lukas
