Ability to resize modbus master box

The title pretty much says it all. When you have alot of items it would be easier to view if the main form was resizable. The connection side of the box the slider is not active unless you stop the connection, can this be enabled also ? Thanks

I'll check it. I have to update the plugin to work with 1.2116, so I wrote this request on my list.
