DRO color via Macro

it is possible to change the color of the font in DRO using a macro?

No. The colors are defined in the screenset file when you build the screen.

What do you want to do with changing colors?

as soon as the machine coordinates are on, X, Y and Z DROs show in different colors

So you use the old screenset. That has light background, so you can make LEDs that are transparent when off and cca. 25% opaque when on with some color. Place the LEDs over the DROs, and set LED numbers to 62. You'll get a colored background for the numbers when machine coords are shown.
