Isn't a "macro wizard" just a button macro?

So it would be wise to seperate those and store them in a seperate folder.

Don't they have to be in UCCNC\Profile\Macro_profilename\ ?

And if button macros have to be between 20000 and 20999, how can the macro wizards use different numbers?

With zero documentation, It's hard to answer your question when I don't know how anything works?

1+ think defined number ranges need defining now to avoid later potential issues.

pick the most populous standard, with most publicized free access documentation... problem is I guess it will be locality based, hence US may not work so well in EU or RoW?

I also agree to define it now.
Especially as I'm in the middle of writing 300 button macros.

You could then take a group of moduals and create a USER page in teh screenset and them be run from teh screenpage. You could add what moduals you wanted for your application . Basically UNLIMITED Conversational Programing options. PART of teh build process would be to design your OWN button image to go with your Wizard. THAT way it is EASY for teh USER to add a new button for YOUR wizard to their screens.

It could also be that UCCNC will provide in the standard screenset a Converational PAGE ready for you to use .

I don't see this happening any time soon.

We need to make sure that important functions are implemented before any of this, like G41/G42, and rotary feedrate compensation. Does the toolpath display work properly with 4 axis code? I haven't checked.
But by all means define the standard now.

Probably want to add some of the default ones from the profile folder as they are installed at the same time as all install and upgrades
